Keeping this situation in mind, Tampa Gurdwara is conducting a Covid-19 vaccination plus Flu shot drive on Sunday, Dec 12, 2021 in collaboration with Prime RX Pharmacy, Tampa as per the following details:

❖ Pfizer (Kids 5 to 11) Pediatric Dose
❖ Moderna (Adults) 1st / 2nd / Booster
❖ J & J (Adults under 65) 1st / Booster
❖ Flu Shots – Adults Doses Only
