Saadh sangat ji, after a highly successful 2020-21 academic session, where we had over 100 enrollments worldwide, registrations are now open for 2021-22 academic session for all three streams.

All old & new students must register for new session at the above forms. We are accepting registrations for new students in each stream based on their proficiency levels. You can select your or your child's proficiency levels in the above forms.

Limited Seats: Seats are limited to provide individual attention to each student for a greater learning experience.

🟢 PANJABI CLASSES STARTED FROM AUG 1, 2022. (Summer Breaks Jun-Aug)

🟠 DISTRIBUTION OF STUDY MATERIALS:
On Sunday July 19th, 2020, study materials will be distributed via drive-thru from 11:00AM to 3:00PM at Tampa Gurdarwa (USREF). It is important to have materials with students before the classes start. So, kindly make arrangements for these items to be picked up from the gurdwara sahib. Study materials will be individually shipped to out-of-State students. We will send you a message once shipped.

🔴 ONE-TIME FEES:
As much as we would have loved to offer Panjabi Classes at no cost to all of you, however, we do not want to put any additional burden on Gurdwara Sahib to meet these expenses. There are some one-time & some recurring expenses, which are not insignificant.

In order to recover some of these costs like procuring new study materials, recurring monthly zoom subscription charges etc., we will be charging a nominal one-time fees of $100 per student (two siblings $150 and three siblings $175). This one-time fee will cover the cost of the entire Panjabi Classes 2020-21 calendar year.

🟢 FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1️⃣ Bank check in favor of USREF. For an easier accounting, please mention Student's Name, Panjabi Class 2020 (for example - Anahad Kaur, Panjabi Class 2020-21). Please handover the check(s) when you come to pick-up materials on Sunday.

2️⃣ Easily pay via Zelle to 813-599-1557 (Recipient: USREF). For an easier accounting, in comments mention Student's Name, Panjabi Class 2020-21. (For example - Anahad Kaur, Panjabi class 2020-21).

3️⃣ Out-of-State students can easily pay directly via Zelle or mail-out the check payable to *USREF*, ship to:

4️⃣ In case of a financial difficulty, Gurdwara will sponsor the student. Please do not hesitate to reach me via a private message via WhatsApp.

🟣 GROUP CLASSIFICATIONS:
Preliminary groups have been created based on the information provided in the proficiency level survey. After gauging the progress of a student, we might have to move the student to a level-up or down a group, to make it a successful learning experience.

🟢 ATTENDANCE:
Finally, attending the classes regularly is very important to maintain continuity and attain maximum learning. Please note attendance will be point based which will be added to student's semester-wise test scores.
